He's here. I'm guest posting for my sister, cause, well, she's a little busy right now!

Cody arrived at 10:03am today. He weighed in @ 8lbs 1oz, 20" long! Thank goodness he didn't break records like Shane did! I think she was afraid he would! 

I know things went very fast, Il let her tell the whole story cause I only got some from mom. But I guess the real induction started at 6am. He was out by 10!!! No epidural for Ashley! My oldest said she was a "beast" and meant it in the nicest way!!!

We love you baby Cody and can't wait to squish your little body! I'm sure Ashley will post as soon as she's up and running. I think she'll be home tomorrow. The girls couldn't go to the hospital because of some virus going around. WHATEVER! SO they have to wait until tomorrow to meet their brother!

We're going in!!

Well, this is the day, we are going in to be induced! I thought I would post one last picture of my belly(not my face) for all to see!Hopefully by late tonight or early tomorrow morning our little guy will FINALLY be here!
We can't wait to meet him and are so thankful that my mom and sister are able to be here to help! Here's to a quick labor!

Still here...

Just an update~I am starting to not feel "right" which is hopefully a sign that labor is near. I'm still here though and still very much pregnant. I am trying to focus on our little guy growing and getting everything he needs to come out healthy and happy. So until my next post which will hopefully be a birth post! Send me labor prayers.....

The Waiting Game.....

So this is what we have been up to while waiting (un)patiently for our little guy to arrive. I am at the point of doneness!Shane trying to relax and ignore my complaining..
Cheyenne and Shelby being as sweet as possible so as to not make mommy cry..again.

Hanging out at the pool, the weather has been great and it's the easiest thing to let the girls do. I just sit and watch them swim!

Once again~playing so nicely together cause they are scared of mommy screaming...again!

Even our sweet little dog Magnum is trying to be patient and nice so as to not get put outside for the remainder of the day!

Here's to my happy little waiting game!

D~O~N~E!!!!

I am having one of those days that I just want to be done with this pregnancy!!! AHHHHHH! My girls are driving me crazy, the dog is being a pain, my body hurts, I feel uber~fat, I have nothing to wear, I am SICK of maternity clothes, I have more laundry to do and don't want to do it, ummm, can I think of anything else???
Now let's turn that frown upside down~ Shane will be home in like 20 minutes, the weather is nice, Shane is bringing home dinner, I only have 2 more loads to do of laundry, the girls are finally watching a movie together AND being nice, My body will feel better soon, I did get done most of everything I needed to do today, I am not fat, just a nice cozy home for our sweet little boy, I love Magnum (dog), he really is a great dog and helps keep the girls busy, I managed to build the new swing we got from my baby shower, so all is built and ready for baby!
See, now I feel better, I have not been the best mother today~I have had to apologize more times that I am going to admit to my girls.
Thank goodness my girls love me enough that they don't care when i yell at them, they just want me to be happy and stop!
And finally~2 more days of work and then I am DONE! I will hopefully get a week or so to relax and get things ready before my life becomes a "three" ring circus!

We went and got a little plastic pool for when we don't want to go to the big pool. Magnum likes to get it as well! It was 85* today and Cheyenne wanted to play in the pool with Magnum. The best $10 I ever spent! (endless fun even for the dog!)

Jumpin' time on the bed. We got a new comforter and we had to change the bed skirt. So off the box spring the mattress went for an hour of jumping fun! Chey says I am the funnest mom in the whole wide world! Ahhh....the simple things in life that make your kids happy!
