My Little Stinker!

This may look like a messy room or someone who doesn't put their clothes away.....
Well it's not~it's my little stinker~Shelby. I left Cheyenne's dresser drawer open and went to go do something or get something and came back to find this!

She is trying to escape~not the best place to run seeing how once you get in the crib you can't get out! All I could do was take a picture!

Happy 29th Baby!

Today is Shane's 29th birthday! Every year Shane takes a week off to celebrate his bday! His momma always made sure Shane new his birthday was special! It's his way of honoring her~he loves his bday! It was a fun relaxing day with his girls. We took him out to dinner at one of our favorite spots since we've been together (8years on the 28th). Mac's Ol' House. One of the best places for Prime Rib (and super cheap too). We went with some close friends and had a great dinner and time.

I love this picture~This is daddy with his girls waiting for our table. It just captures Shane and his love for his family. He wants nothing more than to be a good dad. He has such a fun time with Cheyenne and Shelby. He loves bringing them with us wherever we go. They made his birthday that much more special. HAPPY FATHER"S DAY!

SO I decided to find a few older pictures of my man with his girls that showed how great a dad he is! He is always there for our girls. He is always the one with more energy at the end of the day. HE is always willing to help with the girls and he has gotten very good at making them happy after a boo~boo or anything else that has made them sad. He is the best teacher. He loves showing the girls how the world works and has taught them to be kind to the earth and the icky little bugs that go with it!

He loves playing outside with the girls. He is always thinking of ways for them to have fun and he usually succeeds!
The girls LOVE being outside due to Shane's love for it. They know that when daddy is home it is going to be a fun filled day!

Shane, You are the best father I could have ever asked for. You are kind and gentle. You know when you need to say sorry for being a little rough. Cheyenne and Shelby love you more than words could ever express. The way they light up when they see you is a gift to me every day. I am so thankful for you and the hard work you do for us everyday. Your momma is so very proud of you and she smiles on you everyday. Thank you for loving me and supporting me in whatever comes my way. Thank you for striving for more, for wanting a better life for us and our children. I love you and I hope that you had a great Father's Day with us.

I had to post this picture since school is officially out! This i s Emma and Cheyenne on their last day of preschool back in May. Emma is sportin' her fancy shiner.
Even though they are very good at arguing, they are still buds and we will miss having Emma over in the morning.

SO I decided that I was in the mood for some good ol' fashion Chocolate Chip Cookies! I was too tired to make them from scratch (sue me!), so I bought an already in dough form package. This is a picture of the first batch. ( we ate most of them)

The second batch was going great until I decided to finish fixing up my blog and adding a few more things to it..........Well, let's just say I KIND OF forgot!

I had to flip them over so you could see the full effect!

Whoopsie! Well at least I saved myself from eating the second batch.

The Best $10 I Ever Spent!

WE always buy a blow~up pool every summer. This is the first year that the girls are really getting into it!

Even Daddy likes to get in on the fun!
It is ENDLESS fun!

It is my saving grace when it comes to wearing out the girls and also a great naptime helper!
