SANTA!

Cheyenne finally got to see Santa!
We went to my sister's ward Christmas party. Cheyenne was very excited to see Santa!
A big change from last year where she wasn't into the big guy.
It was fun to see her little face light up!
Shelby on the other hand was not so into being ANYWHERE near Santa...maybe next year.

RAINY DAY!

Why is it that on a rainy day all you want to do is stay in your jammies and cozy up on the couch! I have stuff to do today and all I want to do is cuddle with my girls and watch cartoons and read books! Just thought I'd share a thought with you all this morning! Have a great rainy day...

THANKSGIVING!! GOBBLE, GOBBLE

So I don't really have any pictures of Thanksgiving, but I can still tell you about it. It was a quiet one, which is sometimes nice. We stayed at home this year and had dinner at my sister's house in Concord. Shane stayed home with baby Shelby while Cheyenne and me went to see Enchanted with Hillary, Daphne and the cousins. It was a great movie, I recommend it.
We had a great dinner, with all the fixin's. I actually didn't eat too much, but after dessert, we went to our friends house for MORE dessert. She made an ooey-gooey pumpkin cake with homemade whipped cream! By then I was turkey day FULL! We came home and call it a night. I can't believe that it's almost December-where has the time gone!! I hope that all of you had a great day with family and friends.
oh, one more thing-would you believe that my husband Shane wanted to get up at 7 and go SHOPPING on black Friday! We did it, with girls in tow. We had fun and got some great deals! I thank his mom for that. He was raised in a household full of girls! I got a good one! Happy Holidays everyone!

CHEYENNE'S 3RD BIRTHDAY!

Cheyenne had her 3rd birthday party at good ol' Chuck E. Cheese! She had a blast, and wasn't scared of the big mouse. When I was 3 my party was at Chuck E Cheese's and I was not too happy with the big mouse!
Cheyenne is BIG into Hannah Montana (too young?) Mommy and Daddy got the singing one for her..What a great picture, Huh?

I know that I said that I would do more of me, but not much is going on with me, and I had to Share in the fun of Cheyenne's birthday!

A Change for little old Ashley...

Okay, So I am sitting here blogging and I am realizing that all my blog is of my kids! Now, don't get me wrong, I love my kids and love showing them off to the world! I need my blog to be a little more about me. So starting this week you will begin to see more of me and what I do with MY LIFE! I think I want it to be more like a journal entry to share. I think that this will help me remember who i am and help me not to forget about little Ol' me. So that is it, I look forward to sharing more of me with you guys! XoXo

SUMMER FUN!

We went to visit nanny on my birthday. We went to this great little water park around the corner from nanny's. They had this playground right in the middle of a pool. Cheyenne had a blast!
She had so much fun turning the wheel, which made water shoot out. Over the summer she got very comfortable with the water, so by my birthday, she was lovin' it.

THINGS ARE LOOKIN' UP!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that Shane got the Assistant Manager position for the new Walnut Creek COLE HAAN!

We found out last Monday and we are just so excited about this! Shane will no longer have to commute to SF, which will save us a lot of money and other expenses! He will be closer to home which will allow him to be with his girls more. We can visit him at work and throw pennies in the fountain with daddy on his lunch break! I don't even think I realize how great this will be, but I am just so proud of Shane for the hard work he has put in to getting this. He has busted his behind and we have all sacrificed so much and now the lord is blessing us! Woo-Hoo! Anyway, I will post more with pictures of the new store and Shane as the time gets closer. It opens November 1. Thanks for all the love and support during this nerve wracking time!

DANCIN' QUEEN!

This is one of our dancing queens! We were outside one day and Shelby climbed up on the table and decided to start dancing to the music. It was HILARIOUS! She does it all the time, whenever she hears music she starts shakin' her little booty! We just love our baby girl, she is always happy and loves to dance!

We had a great time seeing Shane's side of the family. We don't get to see any of them very often, so it was a nice treat for us (especially Shane) to hang out with everybody!
